John developed a comprehensive digital strategy for LADWP to modernize the customer experience across all interaction channels. This included a redesign of the entire website across all transactions and informational pages and an overall future-state architecture.
Starting in 2013, John worked on a four-year initiative at Pacific Gas & Electric to dramatically improve their customer experience across Mobile/Web, Notifications, and their Energy Management platforms. He developed the initial strategy and business case, then led the implementation as Business Architect/UX Design Lead spanning all releases. As a result, E Source named PG&E 2017's #1 Energy Company Website in North America.
As a dedicated board member of Energy Conservation Works of Jackson Hole, John created the entirety of www.energyconservationworks.org, including the website itself, logo, all copy, infographics, and photography.
